Richard C. Bisbing, MD
Richard C. Bisbing, MDDr. Bisbing was born and raised in Lehighton, PA, graduating from Lehighton High School. He studied at the Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA, graduating with a BS in Chemistry. While at Penn State he became a member of the Phi Beta Kappa  Honor Society.

He began his medical training at Temple University, graduating with an MD degree in 1990. He was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha  Honor Society. He continued his training at the Harrisburg Hospital Family Practice Residency, where he completed his training in 1993.

Dr. Bisbing received certification by the American Board of Family Medicine in 1993, and has maintained his certification since that time.

After completing residency, Dr. Bisbing came to Perry County, working for Perry Health Center until its closing in 2002. He was a founding partner in its successor, West Perry Family Practice.

In 2004, Dr. Bisbing joined co-owners Dr. Creps and Dr. Trostle in founding Perry Physicians, PC.

Dr. Bisbing currently has Carlisle Regional Medical Center Associate Medical Staff privileges. He serves on the CRMC Physician Leadership Board.

Dr. Bisbing is the medical director of the Manor at Perry Village.

Dr. Bisbing is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
Steven R. Creps, MD
Steven R. Creps, MDDr. Creps was born in Everett, PA  and raised in Bedford, PA, where he graduated from Bedford High School. He studied at Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA, graduating in 1986 with a BS in Biology.

He began his medical training at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with an MD degree in 1990. He continued his training at the Harrisburg Hospital Family Practice Residency, where he completed his training in 1993. His final year of residency he served as Chief Family Practice Resident.

Dr. Creps received certification by the American Board of Family Medicine in 1993, and has maintained his certification since that time.

After completing residency in 1993, Dr. Creps worked as a locum tenens physician. Locum tenens is latin for ‘one who holds a place.’ Working for CompHealth spent five years from 1993-1998 travelling the country from Maine to Hawaii, Minnesota to Mississippi, doing temporary work in over twenty locations.

In September 1998, Dr. Creps came to Perry County, working for Perry Health Center until its closing in 2002. He was a founding partner in its successor, West Perry Family Practice.

In 2004, Dr. Creps joined co-owners Dr. Bisbing and Dr. Trostle in founding Perry Physicians, PC.

Dr. Creps is the associate medical director at The Manor at Perry Village. Additionally he has privileges at Kinkora Pythorian Nursing Home and StoneBridge Health and Rehab Center both in Duncannon.
